Dallas Area Municipal Authority is the solid waste and recycling provider for curb side pick up in Dallas Township.

The Composting drop off site at the Road Department Facility will be closed due to construction. The DAMA drop off site located at SR 118 will be open to Township Residents to drop off grass, leaves and brush. Go To The DAMA Yard Waste Composting link below for more information.

Dallas Area Municipal Authority Changing Curbside Recycling Pick Up

DAMA will start multi stream collecting on Monday April 4, 2022. The new recycling bins have been delivered to Township residents and DAMA’s new collection trucks are in service.

Dallas Township purchases new Leaf Vac Truck

Dallas Township purchased this Leaf Vac Truck through DEP902 grant funds in 2016 to replace a 2004 Leaf Vac Truck which was also purchased with DEP902 grant funds.

Curb side bagged leaf pickup is in effect during October, November and December. Curb side Christmas Tree pickup is in effect during January and February. Leaves must be bagged in biodegradable composting bags, plastic will not be accepted.
